About the role

General Warehouse AssociatePosition Summary: Warehouse Associate will perform an array of duties related to the accurate and timely shipment and receipt of goods, consolidation of warehoused product, and replenishment of pick locations as well as necessary warehouse functions such as pulling customer orders, loading/unloading trucks, inventory control, and general housekeeping.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Safely and properly unload trailer of product, verify the load for accuracy and stage for put-away. Pull orders from warehouse location and utilize conveyor system for sorting & staging Hand-load semi-trucks & smaller box trucks according to delivery requirements May be required to safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and/or clamper truck or attachment. Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools for the purpose of maintaining proper inventory levels and proper location of goods in the warehouse. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed. Interact with associates during the hand-off from shift to shift. Will frequently interact with delivery personnel, and the early morning receiving crew. Additional responsibilities as assigned

Position Requirements: Must have previous warehouse experience Must have a valid ID or license Criminal backgrounds are case by case (most recent 7 years) Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
