Grove City, OH | Grove City Plant Grove City, OH 43123, USA Is a working foreperson; work concurrently with crew to complete job while supervising work Ensure that established safety and quality values are followed Provide work direction, and promote teamwork, amongst the crew members Represent the company on, and off, job sites and communicate effectively with general contractor and sub-contractors Implement company policies and procedures to ensure work performance is in compliance with ISO and OSHA standards, and DOT regulations Hire local union members when required and discharge crew members, if necessary Provide daily reports to administrative personnel and superintendent on the job’s progress and estimated completion dates Interface for internal and external customers to ensure satisfactory completion of the job Communicates all problems to the superintendent in a timely manner Verify saw details prior to starting the job Complete sawing in a systematic manner to ensure completion Use technical knowledge to expertly saw openings and confirm the work completed by others Complete work in a manner that minimizes cleanup work Other duties as assigned by superintendent and/or management
