Branch Manager

Position Summary: Ladd’s is seeking a Branch Manager for our Knoxville, TN location. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who is self-driven, adaptable, and committed to high standards of quality and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities: Manage branch operations and ensure alignment with company standards Develop and enforce procedures to maintain quality and efficiency Be accessible to staff and customers for support and solutions Hire, train, evaluate, counsel, and terminate employees as necessary Monitor and manage labor costs, including overtime approvals Plan and promote professional development opportunities Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with leadership Provide parts and technical support to turf industry customers Grow Ladd’s golf car presence in the Knoxville market Oversee service support for fleet golf car and turf customers Utilize outside sales to drive commercial/industrial sales Ensure service technicians meet productivity and quality goals Develop and manage a growing vehicle rental business Promote and close retail vehicle sales at targeted profit levels Compensation and BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) match Short-term and long-term disability insurance Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) accrual based on tenure Opportunities for continuing education and trade seminars Apply TodayJoin a company with over 60 years of service excellence and a commitment to leading the market in support and quality.
