About the role

Software Engineer We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the client's engineering team within Workforce Technology. This role will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting the enterprise integrations and services that power the client's AI-enabled employee experience platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Moveworks, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Azure Entra ID, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Build and support REST API, webhook, and OAuth 2.0 integrations for enterprise applications.
  • Design and implement identity mapping, Single Sign-On (SSO), and access control solutions across integrated platforms.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow capabilities, including Scripted REST APIs, Glide APIs, ACLs, Knowledge Management configurations, and workflow integrations.
  • Build and support user provisioning, group synchronization, and access governance processes.
  • Create and maintain Workday integrations and queries supporting HR automation processes such as employee onboarding, status changes, and separations.
  • Enforce permission-aware content retrieval using ServiceNow as the system of record for authorization decisions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using logs, API traces, monitoring platforms, and vendor tools.
  • Execute deployments, environment configurations, reindexing activities, and post-release validation across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Measure search retrieval performance and answer quality while partnering with content owners to improve search effectiveness.
  • Create technical design documents, implementation plans, test strategies, and engineering status updates.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers and contract resources.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, system integrators, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
