Location: Downtown Miami, FL (33131) / Chicago, IL 60007 Inter Action 24 is currently hiring for a full-time Freight Broker to join a growing logistics team in either Downtown Miami or Chicago. We are looking for a hungry, competitive candidate who wants to launch a high-earning career in logistics sales, develop a book of freight, grow carrier and customer relationships, and drive revenue on a competitive base-plus-commission structure. This is a hybrid position where you are expected to go onsite to the Downtown Miami, Fl office, or Chicago, IL office. This role is ideal for someone driven, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay.

What You'll Do: Learn the freight brokerage business from the ground up through hands-on mentorship Build and grow relationships with shippers and carriers Quote, book, and manage full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight Negotiate carrier rates while protecting margin Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment tracking from dispatch to delivery Proactively resolve in-transit issues and keep customers informed Develop new business and grow your book over time What Matters Most Hungry, competitive, and coachable — you want to win and you're willing to learn Strong communication and a confident phone presence Self-motivated and driven by uncapped, performance-based earning potentialA drive to build a long-term career in logistics — recent grads encouraged to apply Nice to Have (Not Required)Freight/logistics experience Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus, especially for the Miami market)Familiarity with TMS platforms or load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) — we'll train you Refrigerated/temperature-controlled or perishable freight exposure
