Lead Commercial Real Estate Title Counsel

Land Title Association, Inc. seeks an experienced attorney with a JD and 5+ years in commercial real estate title insurance to review title abstracts, commitments and surveys. You will assess underwriting risks, advise on easements and encumbrances, and conduct public-record searches. You will manage real estate transactions from development to closing, and coordinate with clients and national title insurers, exercising strong judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
