Shore Concierge

Responsibilities: Deliver highly personalized, luxury shore-side services to Silversea guests. Support shore excursions, private arrangements, and destination services. Ensure seamless, bespoke experiences ashore while maintaining Silversea’s six-star service standards and high guest satisfaction levels.

Qualifications: Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or shore excursions (Previous shipboard experience is required.)Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelio Cruise, and MXP systems. Fluent English required; additional languages highly valued (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin).Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and a luxury-mindset approach to service. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing port operations. Valid passport and C1/D visa (or eligibility) preferred.
