About the role
Joining a highly skilled remote team, the full-time Amadeus Travel Consultant will advise and arrange travel for corporate clients, utilizing expert-level proficiency in GDS systems to ensure compliance with travel policies while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
Advise and arrange domestic and international travel for corporate business customers, both individuals and groups
Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services
Collaborate with team members to coach and mentor, providing constructive feedback to enhance service levelsRequired qualificationsProven track record as a Travel Counselor with strong industry knowledge
Expert-level proficiency in GDS systems, specifically Amadeus
Demonstrated expertise in both domestic and international travel bookings
Strong commitment to data security and confidentiality in handling traveler information
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
