Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Support warehouse staff in person and take calls, which are always from people at the same site Work on tickets in Service Now all day Fix common issues with computers (Windows), Zebra handheld devices, barcode scanners and printers Support Microsoft Office and similar general office tools Handle device deployment, configuration and asset management Key Requirements and
