Orthopedic Sports Surgery in MA - 20 miles to Boston 15 miles to Quincy 20 miles to downtown Boston & the ocean 25 miles to Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) 35 miles to Providence 50 miles to Cape Cod Teaching Hospital Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Sports Medicine Surgery to join the Department of Orthopedics within our integrated community healthcare system in Southeastern MA. Highlights Fellowship-trained Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon Strong, established sports medicine program with opportunities to treat athletes of all ages and activity levels Collaborative partnership with the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) for complex case consultation and coordinated patient care Support from a fellowship-trained non-operative Sports Medicine physician with an active concussion evaluation and treatment program Integrated community outreach through employed Athletic Trainers serving local high schools and colleges Orthopedic trauma call rotation of 1:5 Candidates must possess: Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency Fellowship training in Sports Medicine Board eligibility or certification through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS/AAOS eligible) Demonstrated experience and commitment to sports injury evaluation, treatment, and surgical management Benefits: Competitive salary Productivity-based incentive compensation through Associated Physicians of Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (AP-HMFP) Health, dental, and retirement
