Observability Engineer (SRE)

Requirements: 4+ years of experience in SRE, Dev Ops, IT Operations, or Observability. Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and monitoring. Experience with Dynatrace One Agent, dashboards, alerting, tagging, and Synthetic Monitoring. Hands-on with DQL, Grail, Davis AI, Dynatrace API/Workflows. Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.Strong troubleshooting, RCA, incident management, and production support experience. Experience with Linux/Windows and cloud-native applications. Service Now/ITIL and SRE best practices are preferred. Strong communication and team leadership/mentoring skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Must be willing to work onsite in Seattle, WA.
