Responsibilities include: Sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates across various skill sets in a high volume, fast-paced environment; utilizing sourcing methods and techniques, i.e. job boards, internal candidate tracking database, social networks, professional networking, etc.- Pre-qualify candidates to ensure proper skill set match with available positions.- Perform documentation of communications in internal candidate tracking database (Job Diva).

Job Requirements/Skills: Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate environment, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Experience recruiting for IT and/or engineering professionals is required- Ability to write effective search strings applying Boolean logic- Strong sense of urgency, highly motivated, and focused- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines under stringent time constraints- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal- Besides constant phone and email interaction with candidates, must have excellent written skills for proofreading and editing resumes before submitting to clients- Ability to develop and manage relationships with candidates and develop a network for sourcing skilled candidates- Strong work ethic and self-motivated personality- Attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to take direction with minimal supervision- Flexibility to take on more responsibilities as needed Source One offers a competitive compensation plan (base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience), flexibility and the opportunity to grow and advance your career in a friendly but fast-paced environment.
