About the role

Overview In this role, you will lead social media content focused on video across platforms to boost brand awareness and community engagement. You’ll work with a fast-moving creative team to tell stories that resonate with Esri users and fans, and you’ll shape social strategies aligned with go-to-market campaigns. You will analyze performance at a strategic level and contribute to evolving Esri’s social presence. This is an opportunity to drive high-impact campaigns and position Esri as a leader in digital engagement. Compensation / Benefitsmedical, dental, visionlife insurance 401(k) and profit-sharingvacation leave (minimum accrual 80 hours)twelve paid holidaysopportunities for personal and professional growth Responsibilities Shoot, produce, and edit video content for social platforms Develop and contribute to social media strategy aligned with business goals Establish best practices for messaging, branding, and engagement with emphasis on social video and You Tube Manage end-to-end social media campaign development, execution, and analysis Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to refine strategies Create high-quality content tailored for various platforms with a focus on social video Provide strategic insights to ensure messaging aligns with brand identity and marketing goals Measure performance using KPIs and develop advanced reporting for continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members Stay ahead of industry trends and develop forward-looking strategies Key requirements 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or related field Proven success developing and executing social media strategies with social video production and performance optimization Strong video production proficiency (low-fi to high-fi) and expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Frame.io Experience with You Tube and Meta analytics to measure performance and inform strategy Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor teammates, and collaborate across organizations Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, film and video production, or related field Occasional travel up to ~20%; travel needs vary by business requirements Visa sponsorship not available; applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.cross-functional collaborationmentorshipstrategic thinkingvideo production (low-fi to high-fi)Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects
