Process Improvement Consultant

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (1-3 days a week on-site) Hourly/Contract Rate: $65-$70/Hour (depending on experience) The role is a seasoned advisor to reshape how the tech organization functions day-to-day. This person will work across teams to explore current operations, identify inefficiencies, and build scalable solutions within a product-focused structure. Deep experience in organization-wide process change, people-centered delivery, and adaptive frameworks is essential.
