Reservations Manager We have an outstanding opportunity for a Reservations Manager for a luxury hotel in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate is responsible for maximizing room revenue while ensuring a seamless guest booking experience. The role sits at the intersection of reservations, revenue management, sales, and guest services. Key Responsibilities Manage the reservations department and supervise a small team of reservation agents. Oversee room inventory, rates, availability, and distribution channels. Monitor booking trends, occupancy forecasts, and revenue performance. Coordinate with Revenue Management, Sales, Front Office, and Guest Relations teams. Handle VIP bookings, special requests, and complex reservation issues. Maintain relationships with travel advisors, corporate accounts, and online travel agencies (OTAs). Analyze pickup reports, room blocks, and market demand to optimize revenue. Skills Luxury Hotels Look For Reservations management and forecasting knowledge. Strong leadership and team-management abilities. Excellent guest-service and communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving.
