About the Role We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with relevant experience in civil defense litigation to join our firm. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer, a strong communicator, and has a desire for professional growth. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.Key Responsibilities Manage case files involving general liability, catastrophic injury, construction, and insurance-related matters. Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, memos, motions, discovery requests and responses, and prepare case evaluations and reports. Participate in litigation, including depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, arbitrations, appearing in court for hearings and trials Communicate clearly both orally and in writing Collaborate with partners, clients, experts, and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.
