Remote Customer Success Manager: Retention & Growth

Treering is a growing memory platform helping people capture milestones, from school memories to travel adventures. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships, guide customers, and drive adoption of our SaaS products. In this role you will manage multiple accounts, onboard new users, collaborate with sales, product, and support, monitor health metrics, and contribute to retention strategies in a remote-friendly team.
