EHS Manager (Huntsville)

Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including experience as an EHS Manager, Safety Manager, or in a similar role. Professional certifications such as CSP or CIH are preferred. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards. Proven ability to develop policies, prepare reports, conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and investigate incidents. Excellent organizational, leadership, and team-motivation skills, with strong attention to detail and observation. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally with external stakeholders. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs independently or up to 50 lbs with assistance. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during the workday.
