AI Adoption Leader Mission - Drives behavioral change and adoption by creating Coaching & Communication Plan, Adoption Dashboard, Coaching Material, and Success Story Repository. Track - Track 1 - AI Assisted DLCLocation - OnsiteJob Description Coach Product, Agile, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and UX teams on AI-assisted ways of working. Develop and execute the AI-DLC change management, communications, and adoption strategy. Build awareness through leadership briefings, town halls, success stories, and learning campaigns. Establish AI Champions and Communities of Practice across business and technology teams. Measure adoption, behavioral changes, and AI-DLC maturity across product organization. Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and delivery teams. Produce executive dashboards highlighting adoption, productivity, quality, and business value outcomes.
