Job Description:
Job Description Spurs Marine Manufacturing Company is looking for a motivated Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and program CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications, while gaining valuable on-the-job training and skill advancement opportunities. You will work under periodic supervision in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and perform basic programming of CNC machines Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications Load and unload raw materials and finished parts Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow safety guidelines and protocols Collaborate effectively with team members
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Entry-level experience or interest in machining
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints Basic CNC machine operation skills Understanding of machining principles Strong attention to detail
