About the Role:
The Company is seeking a VP, Client Success for Communications. This executive will be responsible for leading a specialized client portfolio, nurturing relationships, and growing a profitable book of business. The role requires a visionary with a deep understanding of the modern customer experience landscape, operational excellence, and the ability to anticipate and meet client business needs. The successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility, develop and execute business strategies, and ensure alignment between the company's objectives and client requirements. Building and sustaining both internal and external relationships, as well as collaborating with other client portfolio leaders, are key aspects of the position. Candidates for the VP, Client Success role should have over 15 years of business leadership experience, preferably in the customer experience industry, and a sophisticated understanding of the sales process, contact center operations, and financial metrics. The role demands a problem solver with a proven track record of influencing and managing in a matrix organization, and experience serving large, complex clients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative business builder, and a collaborative leader who can excite and galvanize teams. A strong background in CX delivery and technology-enabled solutions, as well as the ability to balance a take-charge leadership style with a collaborative approach, is essential.
