Role:
Senior AI Science Lead in Lilly's AI-driven drug discovery partnership with NVIDIA, focusing on large-scale AI research to advance medicine development. Responsibilitiesdefine scientific direction and technical strategy for foundation and frontier AI models trained on Lilly's chemical and biological data
lead design of discovery learning cycles

Requirements:
PhD in Machine Learning, Computational Chemistry, Biology, or related field
6+ years of post-PhD research leadership
3+ years leading scientific teams
proven track record in developing foundational models, generative AI, and distributed training
expertise in Python, PyTorch, and machine learning methodologies
strong understanding of drug discovery workflows
