Part-Time Law Student: Courtroom Research & Drafting

Merced County, CA is seeking an Extra-Help Law Clerk to support the District Attorney's Office by researching, drafting pleadings, and assisting in court proceedings under the direct supervision of an attorney. The role requires active law school enrollment, strong knowledge of criminal, constitutional and administrative law, and excellent written and oral communication, with duties including interviewing witnesses and preparing reports.
