Job Description:
Local Catoosa company looking to hire a Heavy Equipment Operator at a metal processing recycle yard.
Pay:
$20.00+ DOE
Shift Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM
Requirements:
3+ years experience operating a crane, excavator, front end loader, skid steer and forklift is mandatory. Attachments such as forks, bucket, grapple, magnet or shear is a huge plus!
Ability to grade ferrous and non ferrous Metals.
CDL license not required but the ability to drive a standard vehicle is a plus.
Experience in a scrap yard, recycling, construction, or industrial environment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload customer's trucks/vehicles.
Load and unload metal into high side trailers for shipment.
Performs routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
Complete inspection report prior to using equipment.
Assist with general yard operations as needed.
Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen.
