To support the development of financial planners, the full-time remote Senior Planner Training & Onboarding Manager will manage onboarding programs, facilitate training sessions, and drive career progression initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the main operational liaison for planners' first 90 days, ensuring readiness and tracking performance indicators
Facilitate career path training modules and upskilling practice drills to enhance planners' mastery of financial planning
Train planning leaders on effective coaching frameworks and collect feedback to optimize training programsRequired qualificationsCertified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
5-8+ years of experience in enablement, onboarding operations, or advisor development within financial services or fintech
Demonstrated experience in training financial planners and managing career progression programs
Deep understanding of financial planning concepts and advisor workflows
Proven ability to utilize AI and modern tech tools to enhance operational efficiency
