PRODUCT DESIGN SENIOR SPECIALIST

Our client, a legal tech startup, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their growing team. You'll own the end-to-end user experience across their platform, from initial concepts and user research to polished interfaces and product launches. You'll work directly with the founders, engineering team, and customers to create intuitive, elegant products that solve meaningful problems. Own Product Design End-to-EndLead the design process from concept through launch. Design intuitive user experiences that simplify complex workflows. Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation. Partner with Customers Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements. Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process. Help prioritize features and identify opportunities for innovation. Use data and customer insights to inform design decisions. Build the Design Foundation Establish design systems, patterns, and standards. Create scalable workflows for design and product development. Define best practices for user experience and visual design. Help build and mentor future design team members as the company grows.5+ years of product design experience, ideally including startup environments.~ Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX, visual design, and systems thinking.~ Expertise with Figma and modern design tools.~ Ability to balance speed, quality, and business priorities.
