Compassionate CHHA: In-Home Care & Growth

21st Century Home Health Services Inc. is hiring a Full-time Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for Alameda County, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton and surrounding areas. You will work under an RN Case Manager to follow the Plan of Care and support patients in their homes. The role requires CA CHHA certification, current BLS/CPR, and a valid CA driver's license, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality home health care and teamwork with an interdisciplinary staff.
