Mechanical Assembler

Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment. Install fasteners, bearings, gears, brackets, motors, and other mechanical parts. Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit, alignment, dimensions, and workmanship. Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, torque tools, and other measuring instruments as required. Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues or defective components. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company safety procedures and quality-control requirements. Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
