About the role: In this role, you’ll help bring each brand’s social strategy to life, supporting everything from day-to-day content planning and publishing to campaign rollouts, content production, community management, and reporting. Because our portfolio spans different audiences and businesses, you’ll need to understand how to adapt content, voice, and creative direction from one brand to the next rather than applying the same approach everywhere. You’ll work closely with our social, creative, marketing, artist, and product teams to keep content moving, ensure campaigns are planned ahead, and identify opportunities to make our brands feel relevant within music, culture, and social. A successful candidate will have experience working in social media, strong knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube, and a combination of creative instincts and strong strategic, organizational skills. Experience in music, entertainment, culture, or consumer technology is a plus. This is a remote contract role.
What You'll Do: Support Social Across the Crescendo Portfolio: Help execute social strategies across BPM Music, Maison Sonics Group, Final Final, and other Crescendo initiatives, adapting the approach to each brand’s audience, goals, and voice. Manage Content Calendars & Publishing: Build and maintain organized social calendars, draft copy, schedule and publish content, and ensure assets, approvals, tags, links, and other details are ready ahead of each post. Develop Social-First Content Ideas: Bring forward relevant concepts, trends, recurring formats, and platform-native ideas that can help our brands grow and stay culturally relevant. Coordinate Content Production: Develop creative and shoot briefs, organize assets, and coordinate with videographers, photographers, designers, editors, creators, artists, and other partners to move content from concept through delivery. Support Campaign Rollouts: Help translate larger marketing initiatives into clear social plans across product launches, music releases, artist moments, events, partnerships, campaigns, and other key company initiatives. Support Artist & Label Content: Partner with the Maison Sonics team and roster artists on social content, release rollouts, shoots, and other artist-driven initiatives when needed. Community Management: Monitor comments, DMs, tags, mentions, and audience conversations across accounts, identifying opportunities for engagement and escalating anything that requires a broader response. Track Trends & Platform Changes: Stay current on social trends, emerging formats, platform updates, music and internet culture, and competitor activity, and proactively surface relevant opportunities to the team. Analyze & Report: Track key social metrics and campaign performance, contribute to regular reporting, and help turn results into clear recommendations around what we should do more, less, or differently. Support Paid Social: Coordinate with the Performance Marketing Lead on boosted posts, campaign assets, targeting needs, and Meta Partner Hub/whitelisting initiatives where applicable. Keep Projects Moving: Maintain timelines, organize assets and deliverables, follow up with internal and external partners, and help ensure social projects stay on schedule across multiple brands at once.
Who You Are: 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content, or a related field; experience in music, entertainment, culture, or consumer technology is a plus. Deeply familiar with Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging social platforms, with an understanding of what makes content work differently on each. A strong writer who can adapt voice and tone across very different brands and audiences. Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple calendars, campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines at once. Able to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and proactively follow up to keep projects moving. Analytical enough to understand social performance and use data to inform future content decisions. Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for creative quality and consistency. Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities may shift between brands and projects. An excellent communicator and collaborative teammate across departments and time zones. Travel required to head quarters 2-3 time per quarter, also for any special events needing social media coverage. Please link your Linked In profile with your resume.
