Dentist – 2–3 Days per Week – Duval County, Florida We have an opening with the Florida Department of Health – Duval Countyfor aDentistrole (2–3 days per week). Please review the details below and let me know if you are interested.

Location: DOH Duval County – Dental Center

Pay Rate: $101.81/hr (1099)

Dress Code: Medical Scrubs Software Used: EagleSoft, Electronic Oral Health Record, HMS

Requirements: Level 2 background check and drug screen

Responsibilities: Provide a full range of general dental services including comprehensive exams, preventive services, restorations, dentures (complete & partial), and extractions.

Required Qualifications:

DDS or DMD DegreeActive Florida Dental License (in good standing)
Current/Active DEA Certification
Current CPR Certification 5+ years’ experience providing general dental services
Highly Desired:

Experience with EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health RecordPlease confirm yourinterest and availability, and share yourupdated resume, license, and certificationsfor submission. E-Verified | Fastest Growing company by Inc 5000 | MWBE, WOSB Certified
