Territory Sales Representative

Territory Sales RepresentativeLPi has served churches, nonprofits, and community organizations for more than 50 years, providing print and digital communication solutions that help these organizations connect with and grow their communities. We are seeking an Territory Sales Representative to join our sales team and help expand our reach across an assigned territory. Compensation and Work Environment Base salary of $42,250 plus uncapped commission Typical first-year earnings range from $60,000 to $65,000 Established sales representatives average approximately $90,000 annually, based on performance Eligible to earn up to an additional $5,000 through our Fast Track Bonus program by achieving new hire sales milestones. Field-based role with home office and customer-facing work throughout the territory Approximately 40% overnight travel required Benefits eligibility begins the first of the month following employment

Successful candidates are comfortable with outbound prospecting and motivated by goals. You May Be A Strong Fit If YouAre comfortable making outbound sales calls and managing a high volume of daily activity Builds strong, lasting relationships with community clients (churches, nonprofits, senior centers) to understand their audience and advertising goals. Demonstrate resilience and persistence throughout the sales process Are self-motivated and able to manage your time and territory independently Have a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
