Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. Support commercial accounts with service requests, account updates, billing questions, and general inquiries. Manage a high volume of email correspondence while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service. Coordinate service changes, scheduling requests, and account modifications. Work closely with operations, dispatch, sales, and billing teams to resolve customer concerns. Research and resolve service issues, billing discrepancies, and customer complaints. Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and account documentation. Follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Meet department performance goals related to service quality, responsiveness, and productivity.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email correspondence. Experience supporting business customers or commercial accounts is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
