Telephone Operator, Full Time Night

Responsibilities: Provides helpful information to internal and external callers Maintains detailed documentation in the appropriate communication logs Dispatches Security requests using two way radios in a timely manner Monitors alerts and alarms Notifies appropriate departments or individuals when required Assists with mentoring and training of new employees We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy for those in crisis. The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize work, and manage interruptions easily. To be successful in this role, strong customer service skills, willingness to work, adaptability and an eagerness to learn is required.
