About the role

Creating complex scripted packages for various customers, the contract Software Packaging Engineer will package, test, and deliver applications while collaborating with global clients and maintaining detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities: Create software packages based on customer requests Thoroughly test packages and document the process in the ticketing system Collaborate with global customers to provide troubleshooting and support

Required Qualifications: Proficiency in software packaging tools like Orca, MSI, and PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, AutoIt, and Visual Basic Familiarity with deployment tools like SCCM, Intune, and Azure Strong understanding of endpoint configuration and software updates Experience with OSD, drivers, and task sequences
