Works under general direction to provide statistical consultation for faculty, staff, and students. The Biostatistical Consultant will be working on a variety of statistical analytic projects based on a mix of local electronic health record, insurance claims and administrative datasets, and larger health records datasets (e.g. Epic Cosmos, Flatiron), to support Division research needs. We also support key initiatives for others across campus but they largely revolve around clinical, population science, and policy-relevant research questions. We will be applying advanced study design including sophisticated matching, quasi-experimental methods, machine learning and other multivariate regression modeling.
