Overview In this role you will lead Shield AI’s Ukraine V-BAT training program, ensuring safe, effective delivery aligned with approved POIs and contractual expectations. You will serve as the primary operations liaison for Ukraine training, coordinating instructors, aircraft, and student progression. You’ll identify risks, plan courses of action, and secure resources to maintain mission readiness. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping training delivery, partnerships with Ukrainian and NATO counterparts, and advancing operational effectiveness.
