CDL B Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate Looking to join a six-time U.S. Best Managed Company award winner? Blue Seal Farm & Home/ KENT Nutrition Group, a member of the KENT Corporation family of companies has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Full-Time Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver at our Litchfield, CT store! This is a full-time position working approximately 40 hours per week. Must have weekend availability. Blue Seal also provides a generous employee discount! This position is designed and intended to be performed in Litchfield, CT.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer deliveries Loading and unloading bagged feeds and related products to our customers, both commercial and private Maintain vehicle in a clean and safe operating condition, keeping accurate driver logs, and operating the vehicle according to local, state and federal laws Operate a hand truck and a fork truck Operate all equipment and vehicle in a safe manner and obey all safety rules Receive, accurately load and rotate product Keep warehouse and loading areas neat and clean Other duties as assigned by Store Management

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches Clean driving record Valid driver's license Safely operate a large box truck with weight of 33,000 lbs, being physically qualified, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including holding a valid CDL Class B License and a Medical Certification Card, and otherwise not be disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle Have a solid work history Able to work independently as well as with others Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
