All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are performed at the surgery center. We do prefer candidates that can give full time availability. Must have active CA license and must be Board Certified or BE within 5 years of residency. Active FLURO is required. We will look at candidates that have the temp fluro in hand
