Deal Processor Location: BMW of Ridgefield – Ridgefield, CT | Full-Time At BMW of Ridgefield, we're committed to providing an exceptional client experience and a professional team environment. We're looking for a Deal Processor to help ensure vehicle transactions are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently. What You'll DoProcess and review vehicle sales paperwork for accuracy and completeness Ensure all required documentation and signatures are obtained Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Management to resolve missing information Assist with titles, registrations, and other deal-related paperwork Maintain accurate and organized deal files Help ensure deals are processed accurately and on time What We're Looking For Previous automotive dealership or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with numbers and financial documents Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Vacation, Sick & Personal Time 401(k) Plan with Employer Contribution Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Career Growth Opportunities
