JOB ID 12481: Software Developer

Overview In this role you will develop, test, and maintain software products. You will work with a collaborative team to deliver high‑quality, testable code that meets the Definition of Done, and you will adopt a test‑first approach where feasible. You will participate in design and code reviews and support automated testing and end‑of‑iteration demos. You will scope and estimate product enhancements with product management and fix defects following established processes, while staying compliant with policies and HIPAA requirements. Responsibilities Write high‑quality, testable code meeting the Definition of Done Participate in design and code reviews with engineers Develop and utilize automated test scripts and participate in test plan reviews Support end of iteration demos and contribute to deployments Scope and estimate product enhancements with product management Design, implement, and unit test software following defined processes Fix internal or customer‑reported defects following defined processes Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA requirements Operate within product component/feature scope Collaborate with others to achieve operational and financial success Key requirements 3+ years of software development experience Full‑time role in Flower Mound, TXExperience with testing, debugging, and code modification Ability to work under minimal supervision from senior team memberscollaborationcommunicationattention to detailproblem solvingadaptability
