Annapolis Dental Center - Dental Hygienist Are you a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist looking for a supportive, modern, and high-paying practice in Maryland? Salary Details:

Requirements:
- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Licensed dental hygienist
- Local Anesthesia Certification
Licensure: Active Maryland Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required).
Certifications:
Current CPR Certification / First Responder Certification. Local anesthesia certification is highly preferred.
Experience:
Previous clinical experience in a private practice setting is preferred, but a stellar attitude and strong chairside manner are essential.
Skills:
Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a tech-savvy mindset comfortable with digital charting and modern dental equipment.
Job Description:
Comprehensive Preventive Care: Perform high-quality dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and scaling and root planing using advanced Cavitron ultrasonics.
Advanced Diagnostics & Imaging: Utilize state-of-the-art dental technology, including Eaglesoft, iTero digital scanners, digital X-rays, and MouthWatch intraoral cameras to educate patients on their oral health.
Patient Education & Chairside Care: Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding patients through personalized oral hygiene instructions and treatment plans.
Collaborative Practice: Work seamlessly with our dental assistants and doctors to maintain an efficient schedule and a positive, patient-centric environment.
