Configure and operate industrial machinery to produce within specifications
Perform quality checks and examine product for defects to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with quality control, measurements and mixing additives
Clean machinery and uphold cleanliness in workplace
Adhere to all safety and health regulations to maintain a secure work environment
Operate Forklift as needed (if applicable)

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrated experience in operating industrial equipment
Demonstrate precision with measuring tools
Ability to interpret drawings and apply math and/or measurement skills
Experience in the industry is a plus!
Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am)
Ability to work rotational day shifts and night shifts
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged standing, bending, and pushing, lifting, or carrying objects
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during a work shift
Ability to work outdoors in various types of weather conditions
Ability to tolerate seasonally hot, cold, and rainy weather conditions

Employees may earn up to $300 by referring someone who meets successful hire requirements and is employed for 90 days.
Service Recognition– Tex-Trude appreciates employees. Employees receive monetary recognition on their 1st, 3rd and 5th year anniversary, and then, in 5 year increments.
Direct Deposit– Direct deposit is mandatory for all employees and you can have your check deposited to the financial institution of your choice.
Safety Shoe Allowance– Tex-Trude will give all full time hourly employees $40 payment (on your hire anniversary) for the purchase of proper safety shoes each year.

The opportunity to enroll in supplemental benefits offered through a supplemental benefit carrier. These benefits are paid by the employee and will be payroll deducted each pay period.
