About the Role:
The Hair Stylist is responsible for delivering exceptional salon services while creating a welcoming, professional, and luxurious experience for every guest. As part of the Spa team, this position performs a variety of hair services, maintains salon standards, promotes spa offerings, and contributes to an outstanding guest experience.
What You Will Do:
Provide professional hair services including blowouts, haircuts, color treatments, styling, and extensions.
Deliver personalized consultations and recommend services and products based on guest needs.
Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and safety in accordance with licensing requirements.
Prepare, clean, and organize salon workstations, tools, and equipment.
Promote salon retail products and educate guests on at-home hair care solutions.
Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Support overall spa operations and collaborate with colleagues to meet guest service needs.
Participate in ongoing training, product education, and service excellence programs.
What You Bring:
Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Barber License.
Experience providing professional hair services in a salon, spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Ability to remain organized and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
