Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience to join a supportiveschooldistrict in Avondale, AZ. The role involvesdelivering speech and language therapyservices to students, helpingthem overcome communication challengesand succeed academically. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Identify appropriate treatment plans and modify them based onstudent response and clinical indicators
- Educate and support students and their families, tailoringtherapy strategies to individual needs
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation ofsessionsand student progress
Requirements:
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 6 months of recent SLP experience within the last 5years
