Shifts: Days 7a-3pEvenings 3p-11pNights 11p-7aResponsibilities:
- Administering medications
- Obtaining vital signs
- ChartingEngaging with residents
- Communicating with staff
- Keeping a resident-centered approach
- Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
- Assisting with ADLsAnswering call lights
- Assisting with meal passes
- Light housekeeping when needed
