TW IT Help Desk Technician II ~ Establishes technical credibility and provides leadership to junior support staff. ~ Participates in team on-call rotation and must be available for emergency support responsibilities 24/7. ~ Knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems, including Windows 10, and 11. Knowledge of Microsoft Office product suites. Demonstrate experience with client device and computer imaging technologies. Knowledge of IP networking and connectivity. Active Directory Users & Computers, Exchange Management Console). Knowledge of mobile devices configuration and troubleshooting Demonstrate customer service skills, and the ability to adjust technical communication level to suit users’ needs. Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or associate degree or High School diploma or equivalent GED and college-level course work and a current technology certification such as A+ OR Net+ is required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a customer-facing support role within an enterprise environment is required. Demonstrate Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position may require 25% to 50% of travel in support of all reservations Hollywood, Big Cypress, Brighton, and Immokalee. Work is performed primarily in an office setting. The incumbent may spend a major part of the workday exchanging information over the telephone. The incumbent may experience highly stressful situations in the process of resolving problems of an immediate nature, i.e., facing irate clients dissatisfied with computer related problems. xaygatp Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
