Production Support Engineer (Fully Remote)

What You'll Do: Investigate, triage, and resolve bugs affecting production systems, focusing on operations team and member experience. Monitor bug tracking systems, identify recurring issues, and prioritize fixes to reduce disruptions. Maintain and troubleshoot the release pipeline to minimize downtime and unblock developers.

What We're Looking For: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across backend systems. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, back-end REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of secure methods for user data management and release coordination across stakeholders.

What We Offer: Annual salary of $130,000 - $140,000 based on experience, plus equity.
