Managing Director, Marketing Science

About the Role: The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Marketing Science with a focus on Business Analytics. The successful candidate will be a key player in the delivery of modern agency services, working closely with planning and investment teams to meet and exceed client business goals. This role is highly external-facing, requiring the provision of thought leadership in analytics, research, measurement, and ad-technology. The Managing Director will also be responsible for consulting with clients to identify business problems and opportunities, and for developing and executing data strategies to maximize the value of various data sources. Internal responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team, recruiting new talent, and contributing to the development of business analytics offerings. Applicants must be specialized in marketing analytics and data, with a strong background in 1st and 3rd party data solutions, data lakes, and data clean rooms. Experience in integrated marketing, particularly related to media and customer journey development, is essential. The role demands an expert in audience-based marketing, data-driven advertising, and solutions development, with a proven track record of leadership and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a university degree and at least 15 years' experience in data and analytics within the advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting sectors.
