Founding Head of Talent — Build Our Recruiting Engine

Hike Medical in San Francisco seeks a Head of Talent to architect recruiting from the ground up. You’ll partner with the founders to decide what to hire next, design interview processes, and attract top candidates across engineering, AI, product, manufacturing, and commercial functions. This is a company-building role with high ownership. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting, shape org design and hiring philosophy, and scale the team as Hike Medical grows toward its ambitious bionics vision.
