About the role

Summary: The QTI Group has an excellent 1st or 2nd or split Shift Direct Hire Maintenance Mechanic opportunity in a well-established company in Beaver Dam, WI. Responsibilities include repairing electrical equipment and control circuits and performing preventative maintenance. This is a direct-hire opportunity with great benefits and pay increases every 6 months. This company would also consider candidates who are more interested in 2nd shift or split shift hours. Pay: Ranges from $23.00-30.00/hr. depending on experience.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM or 3:00pm-11:30pm or they could accommodate a split shift Responsibilities: Repair electrical equipment and control circuits; 3 phases would be a plus Perform preventative maintenance and repair mechanical systems Complete and maintain maintenance records and checklists Qualifications: Previous maintenance experience in an industrial setting Welding, fabrication, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience Communicate effectively with all levels of employees Other skills sets may apply: Technician, Mechanical
